A Seriously Twisted Question

From the NYT:

An airline passenger who yelled “I want to kill all the Jews” on a Detroit-bound plane was arrested on disorderly conduct but the authorities said the incident did not appear to be related to terrorism. The passenger’s son, Mickey, said his father suffered from bipolar disorder.

First of all, I hope this is not Max Khazam’s Mickey, that would be a little weird.

Second of all, this seems to be a strange and isolated case.  Though I’m not sure why it hasn’t made any news, on some level, this guy wants to kill all the Jews.  I can’t turn on CNN without seeing that dopey graduate student breach Newark Airport security.

Here is the seriously twisted question:

Logistically, are folks of a certain profile who suffer from mild to severe Tourette Syndrome or similar ailments still going to be able to fly? You can’t exactly calm everyone down by passing around a doctor’s note.
