Chris Dodd’s got a weal wed wagon!

So many things are wrong here:

Christopher J. Dodd warned Tuesday that the administration’s proposals to rein in Wall Street firms ran the risk of derailing months of negotiations on overhauling financial regulations.  Dodd told Paul A. Volcker, the former Federal Reserve chairman, who has become who should have been an influential outside  from the start. “It’s adding to the problems of trying to get a bill done,” he said at the end of a hearing on the proposals, after all the other committee members had already left.

He saved that cherry until everyone had left? Wait, he is the chairman of the committee and his committee left while he was still addressing a former Federal Reserve chairman? Hasn’t Dodd retired already? Picture Dodd at the end of this hearing as Fred Willard’s Mike LaFontaine in “A Mighty Windy”  —“Hey, whaa happened?”
